报告摘要：The concept of Triangular, Scaling Unitary and Effective Splittings is introduced. The Existence of Effective Splitting Methods is proved. Some special applications of such effective splitting methods are given: Iterative Refinement and Convergent splitting methods for indefinite problems. Finally some numerical test results are given.
