报告摘要：
Dipendra Prasad initiated the study of homological properties under restriction, as a homological extension of Gan-Gross-Prasad conjectures. This talk will begin with few examples on homological branching laws. Then we will talk about recent progress in the study of the pair (GL(n+1), GL(n)) over p-adic fields. In particular, we shall explain the indecomposability of restricted representations. If time permits, we shall explain related branching problems and the method of derivatives in branching laws.
