研究领域:
主要从事非线性偏微分方程数值解法方面的研究，在自适应有限元方法及其应用、间断伽略金方法、人工边界方法的研究和应用方面做出了许多优秀的研究成果，以第一作者或通讯作者身份在SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis、Numerische Mathematik、Journal of Scientific Computing 等国际权威期刊上发表了30余篇高水平学术论文，研究成果得到了国内外同行的广泛认可与引用。担任中国工业与应用数学学会理事、中国数学会计算数学分会理事。
