was born in Weifang, Shandong province, China. He received his PhD degree in Mathematics from University of Science and Technology of China. Since January 2004, he has worked as a Full Professor and the Head of the Department of Mathematics, Shanghai University, Shanghai, China. Dr. Wang has published more than 90 articles in the fields of matrix theory, linear algebra, operator algebra, numerical linear algebra, statistics, quantum calculation, and information processing. He has published five books by Scientific Press (Beijing), Higher Education Press (Beijing), World Academic Union (UK), and so on. Research has been sponsored by NWO of The Netherlands, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. He was awarded The Baogang Excellent Teacher Award by Baogang in 2010, and The Shanghai Leading Talent by Shanghai Government in 2012. He was awarded The first Prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievement Prize and The third Prize of Shanghai Natural Science Award, respectively, in 2013.
