Introduction

Coding theory is the science of error-correction in digital communication, while cryptography is the study of data confidentiality, authentication, nonrepudiation, data integrity, privacy, access control and availability. The theory and practice of coding theory and cryptography therefore underpin the provision of effective security and reliability for data communication, processing and storage. The purpose of this workshop is to provide a forum about current problems and future developments of coding theory and cryptography.
